A partnership opening a new era

This partnership is to open a new era in banking digitalization in Africa where many of them are still hesitating when it comes to WhatsApp banking.

“We believe we have chosen a good partner who understands the problems of our environment and who will support us in matters relating to digital finance for our clients » saiid Julien Bardoum, Head of mobile financial services at Oragroup

« This dynamism will be demonstrated in the 12 countries of our group”, he emphasized.

It is clear that with this agreement, Semoa confirms its ability to offer innovative digital banking solutions that meet international standards.

According to Edem ADJAMAGBO, CEO of SEMOA, the challenge for SEMOA lies in its ability to export R&D (research and development) made in Togo to the eleven (11) other countries of the Group.

« This contract allows us to export our expertise to these countries, starting with Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Benin and Guinea from the first quarter of 2022. This agreement legitimizes our position us as a leader in banking digitization on the sub-regional market,”.

Semoa has been thoroughly involved in R&D for years with local talents in Togo and have produced solutions in line with the highest international standards. The work is obviously bearing fruit.
